Delcy Rodriguez and the "mess" of the 40 suitcases
The number 2 from Venezuelan government and vicepresident Delcy Rodriguez came, in the middle of the night of Jan 20th of 2020, to Spain with the help of the spanish government (Pedro Sanchez, Carmen Calvo and the former Transport Minister Jose Luis Abalos Meco) breaking & violating into the Schengen space who is banned from humanitary reasons (for violating the basic human rights).
The spanish government tried to cover this crime lying to the press media that she was inside on a commercial aircraft from Air Canada, which it made a emergency landing due motor problems, going to Doha to spend some holidays and the famous flight website, FlightRadar, didn't show any "private aircraft" coming to Spain in the middle of the night. Jose Luis Abalos were there to "check" what happened and supervised if there was personal injuries.
The lie speaks alone...
The International Inmigration Law says "that a person who committed any crime or try to enter illegaly in any country inside the Schengen space, must be deported to the country of origin either staying on the same plane or waiting in the immigration hall to be deported on the next flight."
But in Spain that law was skipped thanks to the help of the two corrupts of the General Attorney, Dolores Delgado (see her special post here), and the spanish minister interior Marlaska.
The visit of Delcy Rodríguez also splashes to the spanish president Pedro Sánchez.
The Venezuelan vice president would have spoken by telephone with Pedro Sánchez during his stopover in Spain, according to the spanish newspaper ABC.
On Jan 20 of 2020, at 1:30 am, Delcy Rodriguez arrived at Barajas airport (Madrid-Spain) and Jose Luis Abalos was waiting for her in the main terminal.
The police knew it since the afternoon before than Delcy was going to come to Spain and nobody turned back the private jet to Venezuela.
The Barajas Police did not know until Sunday that Maduro's 'number 2' could not enter... Sure?? I don't believe it...
But she also met another venezolan minister, but coming in another private jet, in the same airport and she had 25 min of conversation. His name is Felix Plasencia.
Was the venezolan goverment trying to have a second option if Delcy failed to give those suitcases? Or maybe they distributed the weight on the two jets?
Everything hidden from the eye of the public because at those hours, the airport is closed for the passangers.
The Spanish president ruled out sending the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Arancha González-Laya, to the airport to receive Delcy Rodríguez.
Ábalos lied over and over again. He first said that he never saw her; then, after the police confirmed that he had indeed met with the Venezuelan, that he only got on the plane – to do Marlaska a favor – to warn her that she could not get off the plane or she would be arrested. And that on the date he only greeted her. Finally, he had to admit "a greeting"... between 20 and 25 minutes.
AND AGAIN ABALOS LIED!!... Nor were they between 20-25 minutes in Barajas but almost 7 hours since Delcy chose to travel to Doha (Qatar) instead of being deported to Venezuela to continue with her supposed "pleasure trip" according to a source. She had to walk almost 8 km from Terminal 4 to Terminal 1.

The European Parliament asked Spain for explanations of the passage of Delcy Rodríguez through Barajas
The judge of the National Court Alejandro Abascal gave a new impetus to the investigation into the money that the former Spanish ambassador in Caracas at the time of José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, Raúl Morodo, and his entourage would have received from the Venezuelan oil company PDVSA. Abalos not only did business with Delcy but also made a millionaire, in a contract "by hand", to a company in Zaragoza with the masks and also managed the rescue of the Venezuelan airline Plus Ultra, taking a substantial amount of money in commissions for each operation.

The case of illegal financing of the airline Plus Ultra could be related to the case of Delcy and Abalos (or "Delcygate")
The truth is that, even the former 2nd spanish vicepresident Pablo Iglesias Turion, ensures that Delcy came to Spain to have a meeting with Jose Luis Abalos to pick up some suitcases (almost 40) full of money from Venezuela in order to finance the new headquaters of the spanish political party (and radical left) from Podemos in Madrid.
Pablo Iglesias revealed that he learned through the contacts in Latin America of Alfredo Serrano and Enrique Santiago (current Secretary of State) that the Venezuelan vice president would travel to Spain on an official plane of the regime. Also Pablo Iglesias calmed down the spanish president Pedro Sanchez not to get worried about the consecuences to allow her to arrive in Spain instead deporting her back to Venezuela.

The spanish gov removed the survillance video of the meeting in Barajas airport (Madrid-Spain) between the former minister, Jose Luis Abalos, and Delcy Rodriguez but a judge in Madrid claimed for it. The video tapes are in the spanish court number 31 and they don't know what to do if destroy them or keep them as an evidence after they archived the case on Jan 2022 and also since the Data Protection Law requires them to be destroyed after a period of time. The judge informed the Spanish Supreme Court that they were free to destroy them, but the Supreme Court has not yet ruled.
The formation of Santiago Abascal has criticized that the Supreme Court "did not need to request the airport recordings to consider the facts accredited" violating the rights recognized in article 24 of the Spanish Constitution in relation to article 9.3 of the same legal body.
The appraisal of Jose Luis Abalos does not allow to be imputed but that Delcy Rodriguez skipped the ban on entering the Schengen area is attributable to the Spanish government for allowing the entry of a member of a criminal government that violates all human rights.
Spanish citizens have the suspicion that the falcon from Spain was used more than the one from Venezuela so as not to raise suspicions in the EU because of banning entering on Schengen space
Julio, the name of the security guard from Barajas airport (Madrid), was temporally suspended from work and salary when he saw Abalos and Delcy having a meeting in the airport.
One woman opened in Gofundme to raise money for him meanwhile he was temporally unemployment. It reached almost 4.000 €.
The replacement for Pérez de los Cobos was head of Barajas Customs when the 'Delcy case' broke out. Perez de los Cobos was fired by the corrupt Minister of the Interior, Marlaska, when investigating the fraudulent contracts (and deaths) in the middle of the pandemic
The minister, Jose Luis Abalos, disavowed the policeman who prevented Delcy Rodríguez from getting off the plane at the Barajas airport and also prevented from deporting Delcy Rodríguez since a commissioner informed the Venezuelan vice president that if she got off the plane she would be detained for later deportation and that this information was transferred to Ábalos. "There is no evidence that, despite having gotten off the aircraft, she has passed through any of the border controls where her passport should have been stamped and her documents validated in order to record her presence in national territory"...
What doesn't add up is how she got into the T4 VIP room but all people has the suspect that the spanish national police received a threat in order to expulse them from the job from the GA and the spanish Inteior Minister.
So Pablo Iglesias will receive the 40 suitcases without problem.
But Delcy Rodriguez not only had a meeting with Jose Luis Abalos but also with the former spanish president Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero (see his special post here) long time ago. Zapatero facilitated the delivery of Venezuelan money in order to finance the spanish radical left of Podemos.
Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero came out in defense of Jose Luis Abalos criticizing the opposition for "witch hunts" vs Abalos and Delcy.
Maduro's number two assured that she was "invited by President Zapatero", with whom she was going to meet, as confirmed by socialist sources when she realized that she was forbbiden the entry to the Schengen space. On her agenda showed she had a medical appointment, wanted to go shopping in the Salamanca district and had also booked a hotel room that she intended to go to as soon as her plane landed, a few minutes after midnight.
Koldo García is the guardian of the secrets of former Minister Ábalos.
He knew at all times what he was doing the day he met with Delcy Rodriguez at the airport parking lot.
Abalos not only had Koldo by his side, but also plugged each family member, including his wife, into important positions in different public administrations in different Spanish cities.
On July 2021, Jose Luis Abalos was dismissed from office during a government reshuffle and to cover up all the scandals.
José Luis Ábalos and Koldo García have visited 11 countries since the former minister left the Government in July.
The former Minister of Transport and his trusted adviser have traveled together to the Dominican Republic, Equatorial Guinea and an unspecified third country. In addition, the other eight trips have been made by García alone, but following instructions from Ábalos on a commercial basis.
The minister and his faithful squire entered Fomento together in mid-2018 after the success of the motion of censure and, a few months later, Koldo added a new condition to his status as protector and confidant of Ábalos: that of a member of the council of administration of Renfe Mercancías, a position with an additional remuneration to his work as an advisor in the Ministry. García had no previous experience or training in railway matters and from Fomento his entry into that public company was justified by his role as "communication bridge with the minister's cabinet".
